Return and Exchange Policy

 

1. General Policy Overview

At Style-Ville, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your watch, we offer a straightforward return and exchange policy within 14 days of delivery for most items, subject to the conditions outlined below.

2. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet all of the following conditions:

Request is made within 14 calendar days of delivery

Watch is in its original, unused condition with all protective stickers intact

All original packaging, tags, certificates, and accessories are included

Watch has not been resized, altered, or repaired by any third party

Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) is provided

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Customized or engraved watches

Limited edition or collector's items marked as "Final Sale"

Items damaged due to misuse, accident, or improper care

Watches purchased during special promotional events explicitly marked as non-returnable

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

Contact our customer service team at sstyleville@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery, including your order number and reason for return

Our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number if approved

Package the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation

Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package

Ship the item back to the address provided by our customer service team using a trackable courier service

Provide our team with the tracking number for the return shipment

5. Exchange Process

If you wish to exchange your watch for another model or size:

Follow steps 1-4 of the return process above

Specify the desired exchange item in your initial contact

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process the exchange

Any price difference (if the new item is more expensive) must be paid before shipping the replacement

If the new item is less expensive, we will refund the difference using your original payment method

6. Refund Process

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting your returned item

All refunds will be issued using the original payment method

Shipping costs for the original order are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective item or our error

Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account

7. Defective Items or Shipping Errors

If you receive a defective item, or if we shipped the wrong item:

Contact us immediately at sstyleville@gmail.com with photos of the issue

We will arrange for a prepaid return label

We will ship a replacement at no additional cost or provide a full refund including original shipping charges

For defective items discovered after the 14-day period, please refer to the manufacturer's warranty

8. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective item or our error

We recommend insuring your return shipment as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit

9. International Considerations

As we only ship within Nigeria, all returns must be shipped from a Nigerian address. We do not accept returns from outside Nigeria.
