Shipping policy

 

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays in Nigeria). Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options for customers in Nigeria:

Standard Shipping: Delivered within 3-7 business days after dispatch. Available to all states in Nigeria.

Express Shipping: Delivered within 1-3 business days after dispatch. Available to major cities including Lagos, Abuja, Port Harcourt, Ibadan, and Kano.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs processing, local transportation issues, or adverse weather conditions.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and your delivery location:

Standard Shipping:

Orders below ₦50,000: ₦2,500

Orders from ₦50,000 to ₦99,999: ₦1,500

Orders ₦100,000 and above: FREE

Express Shipping:

Orders below ₦100,000: ₦5,000

Orders ₦100,000 and above: ₦2,500

4. Delivery Locations

We deliver to all states and major cities in Nigeria. For remote areas, please allow an additional 2-3 business days for delivery.

5. Customs & Duties

All watches sold on Style-Ville are imported legally and comply with Nigerian customs regulations. Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or levies are already included in the price of your order. You will not be required to pay any additional fees upon delivery.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order status by visiting our website and entering the tracking number in the "Track Order" section, or by using the courier's tracking portal.

7. Delivery Confirmation

For security purposes, all deliveries require a signature upon receipt. If you are unavailable to receive your package, the courier will leave a notification with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect your package from a nearby pickup location.

8. Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, or if the package is unclaimed, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the item. If the customer chooses to cancel the order after a failed delivery, a refund will be issued minus the original shipping costs.
